Our Story
Marisa Perreault Designs was built out of a deep passion and love for all things home. I truly believe in the importance of the spaces we spend most time in and I take great pride in creating environments that feel both meaningful and lived in. My approach to design is thoughtful and layered. Bringing together rich tones, natural textures, and a mix of old and new to create spaces that feel fresh yet timeless.
Inspired heavily by nature, I often draw on its warmth and organic beauty to guide each design. The result is a home that feels inviting, collected and uniquely yours.

Styling and furnishing
This service is designed to bring your space to life through thoughtful layering and intentional detail. From furniture selections and textiles to plants, art and layout, every element is carefully curated to reflect your style and create a cohesive inviting feel. I handle all sourcing and guide the process from concept to completion, finishing with in-home styling to ensure your space feels warm, elevated, and effortlessly put together.
Renovation and new construction
For larger-scale projects, I offer full-service design support from initial concept through final installation. This includes space planning, lighting design, paint selections and material finishes. I work closely alongside your builder and contractors, collaborating every step of the way to ensure each detail is executed with care and aligned with your vision. The result is a home that feels both beautifully designed and deeply personal.

The process
Discovery call - An initial introduction to understand the scope of the project, along with your goals, visions, style preferences, and budget expectations. This foundational step ensures alignment and sets the direction for a thoughtfully curated design experience.
Consultation- I walk through your space to take detailed measurements and photos while gathering inspiration and observations. This step helps refine the design vision and ensures a clear understanding of the space and its potential.
Proposal and quote- You will receive a customized proposal tailored specifically to your project, outlining the full scope of work. This includes a clear breakdown of services and next steps to move the project forward.
Design presentation- A curated design concept is presented, including mood boards, 3D renderings and spatial layouts. We will review the design together and make revisions as needed. This step finalizes the design.
Ordering and Procurement - Once the design is approved, an ordering guide is provided with curated product selections, links, and detailed specifications.
Site visit and Implementation- This phase includes on-site visits for styling, placement, and oversight to ensure the design is executed as intended. Coordination with contractors is also managed (as needed) to bring the vision to life seamlessly.
Off boarding - Our design process concludes with a final walkthrough, where styling adjustments are made as needed, care tips are provided and any remaining questions are addressed to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in your new space.

About the designer.
A self taught interior designer and decorator, my love for design and creativity began as a child and has only grown through the years. I've poured that passion into my own homes, alongside my husband, who is in real estate (homes truly run deep in this family!). Over the years, together we have renovated multiple homes from small scale to large scale. The process from concept to completion is such a joy.
We have two energetic boys. When we're not at home you can catch us enjoying the outdoors, hiking and soaking up nature, a constant source of inspiration.
